Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd (ACSA) owns and manages a network of nine airports in South Africa, including the three main international gateways of O.R. Tambo International, Cape Town International and King Shaka International Airports.  

The Company is involved in equity investments abroad and provides technical advisory and consultancy services to other airports globally. The majority shareholder is the South African Government (74.6%).

In line with the South African Government’s objectives, ACSA focuses on creating sustainable value that positively impacts the business, the people and society, and the environment over the short, medium and long term.
